Front Desk Receptionist and Customer Service

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily front office operations, ensuring customer service satisfaction.
  • Ensure that reservation hotline is attended to at all times to meet daily business needs.
  • Respond to reservation request from residents, agency agents, and referral networks made through various communication platforms.
  • Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining reservation records promptly in accordance with quest’s booking confirmation.
  • Processing check ins and outs
  • Confirming bookings, assigning rooms, issuing and activation room key / card.
  • Handling car park management.
  • Track room availability and help develop forecast for room revenue and occupancy.
  • Work closely with Building Manager in preparing the pre-registration activities and process advance reservation deposits.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to inspect and track readiness of rooms for check in.
  • Coordinate with Technicians to inspect any MEP issues raise up by the residents or management.
  • Communicating house rules to residents.
  • Processing payments, and submitting daily cash float reports to management.
  • Process daily reports on the number of arrivals. departures, identify any special request and reporting of incidents to Building Manager.
  • Issue notices to residents who is late in monthly rental payments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably 3-5 years of work experience as Front Desk
  • Proficient in hotel booking system and MS Office.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality and appearance.
  • Keen learner and able to multi task.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
  • Experience in Hotels / Serviced Apartments will be an added advantage.

Accountant Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participates in maintaining ongoing relationship with the bank reports.
  • Develop and maintain the company’s policies and set up SOP.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain effective accounts receivable processes, procedures and controls to insure timely collection of receivables
  • Preparation of the yearly financial statements including footnotes as one of the primary responsibilities, along with all major audit schedules
  • Prepares and recommends adjustments to monthly financials
  • Prepares companywide annual budget
  • Preparation of monthly financial reporting package to include balance sheet, income statement, work in process, and job costing schedules, variance to budget, cash flow forecast, breakeven analysis and backlog
  • Oversight of project accounting to ensure accuracy of cost ledgers
  • Monitors the capital expenditures and asset deployment activities and allocation of costs associated with these expenditures.
  • Monitors the Company’s internal control environment to ensure compliance
  • Establishes and maintains systems and controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data.
  • Assists with implementation of changes and improvement in automated financial and management information systems for the company.
  • Oversees the preparation of all related payroll tax reports and other necessary reporting requirements
  • Reviews Organization’s benefit offerings and advises managements on recommendation for changes
  • Responsible for coordination and preparation of information needed for various audits

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, MBA, CPA certification, are preferred as advantages
  • Experience 5+ years in a leadership role in accounting and finance with construction industry
  • Experience 2+ years in public accounting is preferred
  • Strong general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, income tax and bank working knowledge
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation skills, ability to influence and negotiate 7. Strong ability to be detail oriented and work with a goal of precision

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and other food and beverage staff.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience.
  • Develop and implement efficient service procedures to optimise workflow.
  • Schedule staff and manage labour costs.
  • Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations
